| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných nemovitostních fondů v České republice. K analýze využívá všechny veřejné informace, dostupné převážně z factsheetů a dokumentů KIID fondů. Analýza byla rozdělena dle několika parametrů, a sice: dle benchmarku, dle výnosnosti, dle rizikovosti, dle nákladovosti. V další části práce jsou analyzované také další zveřejňované informace. V závěru je provedeno celkové zhodnocení na základě všech parametrů. Práce se na fondy dívá z pohledu investora a po celou dobu bere v potaz možnost investice do daného fondu. V závěru je zmíněno několik fondů, které by mohly být pro investora atraktivní. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis analyses real estate funds in the Czech Republic. It uses only publicly available information from factsheets and KIID documents. The analysis is divided into 4 categories: benchmark comparation, productiveness, risk, cost. In the next part, there are analyses of other publicly available information, for example credit load. In the end, there is evaluation of results from each category. This thesis is made for investors, and it cogitates the possibility of investments to the real estate funds. In the end, there are named these funds which could be attractive for the investor. |
