| Abstract: | Diplomová práce zkoumá komparaci devíti členských států OECD, kdy se snaží nalézt a odpovědět na základní problémy a nedostatky bytové politiky samotné České republiky. Práce vymezuje bydlení jako statek, nabídku a poptávku na trhu bydlení a bytovou politiku, kdy zkoumá modely, typy a metody řešení bytové politiky s jejich nástroji. V další části posléze zkoumá jednotlivé státy z pohledu historického kontextu a možností podpor bydlení. Mezi státy komparace patří Česká republika, Finsko, Francie, Německo, Nizozemsko, Rakousko, Slovensko, Švédsko a Velká Británie. Závěrem poté práce nabízí souhrnná doporučení pro Českou republiku, kdy nabízená řešení vždy vycházejí z dobré praxe komparovaných států. Hypotéza práce se v tomto případě potvrzuje, kdy nedostatky s kvalitou a dostupností bydlení může do jisté míry pozitivně ovlivňovat stát. |

| Abstract: | The thesis examines a comparison of nine OECD member countries, trying to find and answer the basic problems and shortcomings of the housing policy of the Czech Republic itself. The thesis defines housing as a good, supply and demand in the housing market and housing policy, examining models, types and methods of housing policy solutions with their instruments. In the next section, it then examines the comparative countries in terms of historical context and the possibilities of housing support. The countries are the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Slovakia, Sweden and UK. Finally, the paper then offers summary recommendations for the Czech Republic, where the solutions offered are always based on the good practice of the countries compared. The hypothesis of the thesis is confirmed in this case, where the shortcomings with the quality and affordability of housing can do some extent be positively influenced by the state. |
