| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je analýza Mentoringového programu spolku Studujeme FPH z hlediska programu, vnímaného přínosu a komunikace ze strany vedení spolku. K analýze jsou využity hloubkové rozhovory s 23 účastníky Mentoringového programu za poslední tři roky. Otázky v rámci dotazníku byly vytvořeny se zaměřením na silné a slabé stránky Mentoringového programu stejně jako na příležitosti a hrozby, které se s ním pojí. Praktická část je založená na identifikaci klíčových témat pro Mentoringový program na Fakultě podnikohospodářské na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Mezi hlavní témata patří budování vztahů, podpora při studiu a osobní rozvoj. Vzhledem k dílčím otázkám se jako stěžejní silná stránka Mentoringového programu projevilo budování vztahů, podpora při studiu, osobní rozvoj, networkingové a rozvojové události a příprava mentorů na jejich roli. Mezi slabé stránky patří nedostatek networkingových aktivit, nedostatek událostí primárně pro mentees, nevhodní účastníci programu, technické chyby při komunikaci a malá podpora ze strany spolku. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the Mentoring Programme of the Studujeme FPH club in terms of the programme, perceived benefits, and its communication from the management. In-depth interviews with 23 participants of the Mentoring Programme from the last three years are used for the analysis. The questions within the questionnaire were designed with a focus on the strengths and weaknesses of the Mentoring Program as well as the opportunities and threats associated with it. The practical part is based on the identification of key themes for the Mentoring Programme at the Faculty of Business Administration based on semi-structured interviews. Key themes include relationship building, study support and personal development. With regard to the sub-issues, relationship building, study support, personal development, networking and development events and preparing mentors for their role emerged as key strengths of the Mentoring Programme. Weaknesses include lack of networking activities, lack of events primarily for mentees, inappropriate program participants, technical errors during communication, and little support from the student organization. |
