| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis a evaluaci procesu všeobecného nákupu ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a technologií, které jsou v něm využívané. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy a koncepty týkající se řízení dodavatelského řetězce, logistiky, obstarávání a nákupu, technologií v procesu obstarávání a Průmyslu 4.0. Čtrnácti strukturovanými rozhovory se stakeholdery zapojenými do nákupního procesu (management nákupního oddělení, nákupčí a dodavatelé) a daty o 1 000 největších dodavatelích podle objemu byla identifikována úzká místa v nákupním procesu a využívaných technologiích. Úzká místa byla nalezena v kvalitě dodavatelského portálu, registraci dodavatelů, integraci s ERP systémy, transparentnosti informací a zaměstnancích. Na úzká místa byla navržena opatření a strategie pro budoucí vývoj, jejichž cílem je snížit náklady a zvýšit transparentnost dodavatelského řetězce, a tím i jeho flexibilitu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor’s thesis focuses on describing and evaluating the purchasing process in non-production procurement of ŠKODA AUTO and the technologies that are used in the process. The theoretical part contains key terms and concepts in supply chain management, logistics, procurement and purchasing, technologies used in procurement, and Industry 4.0. Bottlenecks in the purchasing process and used technologies were identified through fourteen structured interviews with stakeholders in the purchasing process (non-production procurement management, employees, and suppliers) and through data regarding the thousand biggest suppliers by volume. Bottlenecks were found in the quality of the supplier portal, registration of suppliers, integration with ERP systems, transparency of information, and employees. Measures and strategy for future development which should decrease costs and increase the transparency throughout the supply chain and thus its increase flexibility were proposed. |
