| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo prozkoumat nezaměstnanost z pohledu domácnosti a firem. Autorem byla zvolená smíšená výzkumní metoda, což představuje kombinací kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu. Zástupcem první z nich v této práce je dotazníkové šetření, druhou metodu představuje interview. Analýza kvantitativních údajů dotazníkového šetření byla provedena pomocí regresní analýzy. V návaznosti na výsledky analýzy a na kvalitativní data bylo formulováné téma a zaměřenost interview, které bylo provedeno s osobou reprezentující stranu firem. Byla zjištěna obecná míra nezaměstnaností, míry nezaměstnanosti mužů a žen a míra nezaměstnanosti v závislosti na pohlaví. Za parametr, který má vliv na nezaměstnanost, byly zvoleny počty pohovorů nutné k úspěšnému uplatnění se na trhu práce. Pomocí regresní analýzy byla zjištěna závislost maximální časové délky, po kterou osoba byla nezaměstnaná na počet absolvovaných pohovorů před získáním práce. Kromě toho byla ověřena hypotéza ohledně závislostí mezi úrovní počítačových dovedností a počtem pohovorů. Byla prokázána nezávislost mezi věkem uchazeče o práci a počtem pohovorů, nutných pro získání práce. Během interview byl zjištěn názor zaměstnavatele na tyto závislosti a na kvalitativní data dotazníkového šetřeni, do čehož patři názor na nejdůležitější pro zaměstnavatele kvality uchazeče o práce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aimed to examine unemployment from the perspective of both households and companies. The author chose a mixed research method, which is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The first of them in this work is a questionnaire survey, the second method is conducted in the form of an interview. The analysis of the quantitative data of the survey was performed using regression analysis. Following the analysis and qualitative data results, the topic and focus of the interview were formulated, which was conducted with a person representing the companies. The general unemployment rate, the male and female unemployment rate, and the gender-based unemployment rate were identified. The number of interviews required for successful employment was chosen as the parameter that affects unemployment. The dependence of the maximum length of time a person was unemployed on the number of interviews before getting a job was confirmed using regression analysis. In addition, the relationship between computer skill levels and the number of interviews was tested. Independence between the age of the job seeker and the number of interviews has also been corroborated. During the interview, the employer’s opinion on these dependencies and the qualitative data of the questionnaire survey was ascertained, which includes the employer’s opinion about the most important qualities of the job seeker. |
