| Abstract: | Bakalářské práce je zaměřena na srovnání vývoje míry nezaměstnanosti v rámci České republiky a Slovenské republiky. Pozornost je zde věnována období 2008-2021 s přihlédnutím také k prvnímu čtvrtletí roku 2022, tedy na odhady tohoto počátku roku. Cílem práce je srovnat jednotlivá období míry nezaměstnanosti těchto dvou států a uvést nejzásadnější rozdíly a případné vlivy, které v průběhu zkoumaného období na tento vývoj působily. Pro splnění cíle práce byla stanovena analýza míry nezaměstnanosti v těchto dvou zemích, kde byly shromážděny základní informace, které byly analyzovány, zároveň byla vybrána pouze nejdůležitější fakta. V závěru této práce jsou uvedeny největší rozdíly ve vývoji míry nezaměstnanosti. Bylo zjištěno, že nejpříhodnějším obdobím pro zaměstnanost a ekonomiku jako takovou byl rok 2018. Následně při příchodu pandemie byla ekonomika již pomalejší a tato pandemie se podepsala také na vývoji míry nezaměstnanosti. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis is aiming at the comparison of the development of the unemployment rate in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. Attention is paid to the period 2008-2021, also considering the first quarter of 2022, i.e., estimates of this beginning of the year. The aim of the thesis is to compare the individual periods of the unemployment rate of these two countries and to state the most fundamental differences and possible influences that affected this development during the period under review. To meet this goal, an analysis of the unemployment rate in these two countries was established, where basic information was collected, which was then analyzed and only the most important fact was selected. In conclusion of this work are mentioned the biggest differences in the unemployment rate. It was found that the best period for employment and the economy as such was the year 2018. Then, when the pandemic came the economy was slower and this pandemic also affected the development of the unemployment rate. |
