| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce řeší problematiku brownfields a veřejných prostranství a možnosti jejich budoucí regenerace v souladu s koncepcí udržitelného rozvoje. Cílem je zhodnotit plánované záměry vlastník či vlastníků areálu zahrnujícího městský park, brownfield bývalých městských lázní a brownfield bývalého fotbalového stadionu a navrhnout vlastní doporučení pro jeho budoucí využití. Závěrečné zhodnocení a vlastní návrhy jsou sestaveny na základě osobního rozhovoru se zástupcem vlastníka areálu, ankety mezi chomutovskými spolky, kluby a sdruženími a ankety mezi tisíci potenciálními uživateli areálu z řad veřejnosti. Na základě informací získaných od výše zmíněných aktérů je v závěru sestaven návrh na využití areálu jako multifunkčního centra, které by nejvíce odpovídalo jejich názorům a požadavkům. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis deals with the problematics of brownfields and public spaces and the options of their regeneration, following the conception of sustainable development. The goal is to evaluate intentions of the owner or owners of these plots including the park, brownfield of the former swimming pool and the brownfield of the former football stadium, and to offer a suggestion for their use in the future. The final evaluation and suggestions are based on a personal interview with a representative of the owner of said spaces, a questionnaire given to local associations, clubs and guilds and a questionnaire given to thousands of potential users of these spaces from the general public. a suggestion for future use of the space as a multifunctional centre is provided in the conclusion and was based on the information acquired from parties mentioned above following their opinions and requirements and would fit them the most. |
