| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu udržitelnosti na hudebních festivalech. Přesněji řečeno, zkoumá přístup českého festivalu Rock for People k tomuto tématu. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, jako jsou udržitelnost, udržitelný rozvoj, společenská odpovědnost nebo greenwashing. Dále je popsaný koncept environmentální politiky a legislativy. Také je zde vymezen pojem kulturního eventu a popsané produkční aspekty podobných akcí. Následuje rešerše udržitelných aktivit čtyř světových festivalů (Pohoda, NorthSide, Paléo, Lollapalooza). V praktické části je představen zkoumaný festival Rock for People a na základě rozhovorů s respondenty je vytvořená analýza přístupu festivalu k udržitelnosti. Výsledkem analýzy jsou shrnutá doporučení vyplývající z rozhovorů a rešerší světových festivalů z teoretické části. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of sustainability at music festivals. More precisely, it explores the approach of the Czech festival called Rock for People to this exact topic. The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic concepts such as sustainability, sustainable development, social responsibility, or greenwashing. The concept of environmental policy and legislation is also explained. The concept of a cultural event and the described production aspects of similar events are also defined here. This is followed by a search of sustainable activities of four world festivals (Pohoda, NorthSide, Paléo, Lollapalooza). The practical part presents the Rock for People festival. Based on interviews with respondents, an analysis of the festival's approach to sustainability is created. The result of the analysis are summarized recommendations resulting from interviews and research of world festivals from the theoretical part. |
