| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je definovat jednotlivé parametry výkonnosti hudebního festivalu, které posléze aplikuje na hudební festival Metronome Prague. Tyto parametry následovně analyzuje ve vztahu k pandemii viru Covid-19 a jejího dopadu na tuzemskou kulturu. V praktické části se práce primárně zaměřuje na kvalitativní výzkum prováděný formou rozhovoru s producentem festivalu Metronome Davidem Gaydečkou a aplikaci Balanced scorecard na tuto konkrétní kulturní událost. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to define individual performance parameters of music festival, which are then aplied on the Metronome music festival. These parameters are analyzed in relationship to the Covid-19 pandemic and it´s impact on domestic culture. This thesis focuses primarily on qualitative research in it´s practical part, which is conducted from an interview with festival´s producer, David Gaydečka and Balanced scorecard matrix. |
