| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kalkulacemi a analýzou ziskovosti výkonů na příkladu konkrétního podniku, jehož předmětem podnikání je realitní zprostředkování. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje seznámení se základními pojmy týkajícími se manažerského účetnictví. Zabývá se základními poznatky o kalkulacích a ziskovosti výkonů. V praktické části je nejprve představen podnik a jeho produkty. Dále je věnována pozornost nákladům společnosti, jejich členění a alokaci. V dalších kapitolách je navržena kalkulace. Na závěr praktické části je provedena analýza ziskovosti jednotlivých výkonů a podniku jsou navržena možná doporučení do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis adresses the calculation and analysis of product profitability of a company whose business is real estate brokerage. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains an introduction to the basic concepts related to management accounting. It deals with the basic knowledge of costing and product profitability. The practical part first introduces the company and its products. Next, attention is given to the company's costs, their classification and allocation. In the following chapters, the cost analysis has been calculated. At the end of the practical part, the profit analysis is carried out and finally there are some recommendations for the company’s future. |
