| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí metod strategické analýzy zhodnotit současný stav společnosti Kesselgruber s.r.o. a navrhnout doporučení určené pro vedení společnosti týkající se dlouhodobého vývoje společnosti. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní koncepty a metody strategie a strategické analýzy. V praktické části jsou tyto metody aplikované na společnost Kesselgruber s.r.o. K provedení doporučení jsou provedeny analýzy PESTLE, Porterova modelu pěti sil sloužící k určení příležitostí a hrozeb, které mohou ovlivnit společnost. Následně jsou analyzovány vnitřní zdroje podniku a určeny silné a slabé stránky skrze analýzu zdrojů, VRIO analýzu a finanční analýzu. Syntéza v podobě SWOT analýzy poté představuje shrnutí a konkrétní doporučení do budoucnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current state of the company Kesselgruber s.r.o. using the methods of strategic analysis and to propose recommendations for the management of the company regarding the long-term development of the company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and methods of strategy and strategic analysis. In the practical part these methods are applied to the company Kesselgruber s.r.o. To implement the recommendations, PESTLE analyses, Porter's five forces model are performed to identify opportunities and threats that may affect the company. Subsequently, the internal resources of the company are analyzed and strengths and weaknesses are determined through resource analysis, VRIO analysis and financial analysis. The synthesis in the form of a SWOT analysis then presents a summary and specific recommendations for the future. |
