| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aims to define the primary methods that serve to create a business strategy. It also aims to then use the techniques in a real setting, in this case, on Vafo Praha. The bachelor thesis consists of the theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, individual steps and tools for creating internal and external analysis are described, Porter´s fice forces analysis, and SWOT analysis creation. The practical part then contains the strategic analysis of Vafo Praha based on the tools described before. |

| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl definovat primární metody, které slouží k tvorbě obchodní strategie. Také si klade za cíl následně využít techniky v reálném prostředí, v tomto případě na Vafo Praha. Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé kroky a nástroje pro tvorbu interní a externí analýzy, Porterova analýza sil a tvorba SWOT analýzy. Praktická část pak obsahuje strategickou analýzu Vafo Praha na základě výše popsaných nástrojů. |
