| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prostředky animace kultury, které jsou využívány jednotlivými složkami působícími v rámci Husova sboru ve Vršovicích a jejich dopadu na lokální kulturu. Práce si klade za cíl specifikovat a analyzovat činnost těchto složek, a následně porovnat jejich vytyčené cíle s reálným dopadem na lokální kulturu dané oblasti. Deskripce a analýza je realizována za pomoci veřejně dostupných informací, hloubkových rozhovorů s vnitřními stakeholdery Husova sboru ve Vršovicích, a na základě vlastní zkušenosti autora. Následné vyhodnocení dopadu činností a zároveň návrh na jejich zlepšení proběhne na základě komparace jejich cílů s kvantitativním výzkumem realizovaným pomocí dotazníkového šetření, jehož respondenti se ztotožňují s kulturní identitou Vršovic. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the means of cultural animation, which are used by individual sections operating within the Hussite Church building in Vršovice. The work aims to specify and analyze the activities of these sections, and then compares their objectives with a real impact on the local culture of the area. The description and analysis is carried out with the help of publicly available information, in-depth interviews with internal stakeholders of the Hussite Church building in Vršovice, and on the basis of the author's own experience. Subsequent evaluation of the impact of activities and at the same time a proposal for their improvement will take place on the basis of comparison of their goals with quantitative research carried out by means of a questionnaire survey, the respondents of which identify themselves with the cultural identity of Vršovice. |
