| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je návrh business modelu canvas pro vybraný investiční projekt, který se vybere na základě výsledků analýz současného stavu podniku a analýzou všech tří investičních příležitostí. K naplnění tohoto cíle slouží dílčí cíle zaměřené na současný stav podniku, analýza jeho okolí a vnitřního prostředí. Dále na analýze třech vybraných investičních příležitostí pomocí marketingových, strategických a finančních nástrojů. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy badminton a sportovní služby. Dále se v ní popisují jednotlivé nástroje, které se posléze použijí v praktické části. V praktické části dochází k samotnému procesu analyzování nejprve současného podoby projektu pomocí nástrojů, kterými je například situační analýza, PESTEL analýza, marketingový mix, segmentace podniku. Závěrem této analýzy Banana badminton 1.0. je vypracován business model canvas, který je myšlenkovým nástrojem celé práce. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master’s thesis is to design a business model canvas for a selected investment project, which is selected on the basis of the results of analyses of the current state of the company and the analysis of all three investment options. To achieve this goal, there are partial goals focused on the current state of the company, analysis of its surroundings and internal environment. Furthermore, the analysis of three selected investment opportunities using marketing, strategic and financial tools. The theoretical part defines the concepts of badminton and sports services. It also describes the various tools that will be used in the practical part. In the practical part, the process of analysing the current form of the project takes place using tools such as situation analysis, PESTEL analysis, marketing mix, business segmentation. The conclusion of this part is business model of current business “Banana Badminton 1.0”. In this thesis, a business model canvas is the main output. |
