| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zátěžovými faktory volby kariéry mladých Vietnamců v ČR. Cílem práce je analýza zkušeností mladých Vietnamců s faktory, které ovlivňují průběh jejich volby kariéry. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu základních pojmů souvisejících s kariérou a vlivnými faktory, zároveň představuje dosavadní poznatky o Vietnamcích v České republice. Praktická část nejdříve objasňuje zvolenou kvalitativní metodu, a na to navazuje samotný výzkum. Výzkum pracuje s daty získanými z polostrukturovaných hloubkových rozhovorů a za pomoci Interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy byly data následně interpretována. Práce zkoumá především zkušenosti jedinců s vlivnými faktory v průběhu jejich volby. Výzkum se zaměřuje hlavně na zkušenosti s vlivem rodičů a kultury, jakožto největšími zátěžovými faktory. Práce tak poskytuje hlubší pohled na roli rodičů a kultury v procesu volby kariéry. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focus on factors influencing career choice of young Vietnemese in Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the experience of young Vietnamese with factors that are influencing the process of their career decision making. The theoretical part is focusing on explaining terms related to career and influential factors, aditionally it presents current knowledge about Vietnamese people living in Czech Republic. The practical part begins with presenting the chosen qualitative research method followed by research itself. The research works with data obtained from semi-structured interviews. The data gained from the interview are analyzed and evaluated by method Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis. The work investigate the experience of individuals with factors influencing their course of their choice. The research is focusing mainly on experience with parents and culture as the biggest stressors. The thesis provides a deeper insight into the role of parents and culture in the decision making process. |
