| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza preferencí zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jejich atraktivity z pohledu současných absolventů vysokých škol na území České republiky. Výsledkem provedené analýzy je komplexní pohled na problematiku zaměstnaneckých benefitů z pohledu absolventů vysokých škol a zjištění jejich preferencí ohledně poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Na základě dat získaných pomocí dotazníkového šetření, jsou následně navržena doporučení pro zaměstnavatele ohledně složení portfolia zaměstnaneckých benefitů a způsobu jejich poskytování potencionálním zaměstnancům z cílové skupiny čerstvých absolventů vysokých škol. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the diploma thesis is the analysis of employee benefits preferences and their attractiveness from the perspective of current university graduates in the Czech Republic. The result of the analysis is a comprehensive view of the issue of employee benefits from the perspective of university graduates and finding out their preferences regarding to the providing of employee benefits. The conclusion of the thesis contains recommendations for employers which are based on data obtained through a Computer Assisted Web Interviewing. Recommendations for employers include advice on how to offer an attractive portfolio of employee benefits that will be attractive to recent university graduates. |
