Abstract:
Cílem této práce je analyzovat aktuální možnosti doručení na poslední míli s aplikací na české prostředí. Obliba e-commerce stále roste a spolu s ní i požadavky zákazníků. Kurýrní a přepravní služby se musí přizpůsobit požadavkům zákazníků. Proto přicházejí s novými možnostmi doručení pro zákazníky, aby uspokojili jejich potřeby. Práce si klade za cíl analyzovat alternativní možnosti doručení, s hlavním zaměřením na elektromobilitu. Kvalitativní výzkum práce je zaměřený na analýzu elektromobility ve vybraných firmách pomocí rozhovorů se zástupci firem Výstupy rozhovorů jsou zpracovány pomocí softwaru MAXQDA 2022. Na základě výsledků z rozhovorů bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které mělo ověřit výstupy z rozhovorů. Výsledky obou výzkumů jsou v diskusi komentovány a jsou zde uvedena doporučení pro přepravní společnosti týkající se využití potenciálu elektromobility.

Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to analyze the current last mile delivery options with application to the Czech environment. The popularity of e-commerce continues to grow and so do customer demands. Courier and delivery services have to adapt to customer demands. Therefore, they come up with new delivery options for customers to cater to their needs. This paper aims to analyze the alternative delivery options, with the main focus on electric mobility. The qualitative research of the thesis is focused on the analysis of electromobility in selected companies through interviews with company representatives The interview outputs are processed using MAXQDA 2022 software. A questionnaire survey was conducted to verify the interview outputs. The results of the two surveys are commented on in the discussion and recommendations for transport companies regarding the use of the potential of electromobility are given.
