| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá logistickými procesy české firmy NETIO products a.s., která vyrábí chytré zásuvky a PDU (power distribution units) a prodává svoje výrobky po celém světě. Cílem práce je popsat a analyzovat logistické procesy společnosti, rozpoznat nedostatky a navrhnout možná vylepšení. Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí. V první teoretické části jsou popsané základní pojmy podnikové logistiky. Praktická část je zaměřená na firmu NETIO products a.s., představení společnosti a krátký popis její historie. Dále následuje popis a analýza současného stavu logistických procesů firmy a návrhy na zlepšení na základě této analýzy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the logistics processes of the Czech company NETIO products a.s., which manufactures smart power sockets and PDUs (power distribution units) and sells its products worldwide. The aim of this work is to describe and analyse the company's logistics processes, identify shortcomings, and suggest possible improvements. The work is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part describes the basic concepts of corporate logistics. The practical part is focused on the company NETIO products a.s., an introduction of the brand, and a brief description of its history. This is followed by an analysis of the current state of the company's logistics processes and the design of an optimization solution based on this analysis. |
