| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracování podnikatelského plánu pro malé truhlářství, které uvažuje o rozšíření své dílny, nákupu nových strojů a přijetí zaměstnance. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je vysvětlen obor činnosti podniku a druh podnikání. Dále se věnuje popisu podnikatelského plánu a jeho jednotlivým částem. Praktická část obsahuje samotný podnikatelský plán, který nejprve popisuje samotný podnik a pomocí několika analýz odhaduje poptávku po truhlářských výrobcích do budoucna. Finanční plán poté hodnotí aktuální ekonomickou situaci truhlářství a navrhuje vhodné řešení rozšíření a ukazuje možné scénáře, které mohou v průběhu dalších tří let nastat. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aims to elaborate a business plan for a small joinery that is considering expanding, purchasing new machinery, and hiring an employee. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part explains the field of activity of the business and the type of business. Then there is followed a description of the business plan. The practical part contains the business plan with a description of the company and uses several analyses to estimate the future demand for joinery products. The financial plan evaluates the current economic situation of the joinery business and suggests appropriate solutions for the future. |
