| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza financování pěstounské péče v České republice. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout efektivnější financování pěstounské péče. Práce se nejdříve zaměřuje na koncepci rodiny podle Garyho Beckera. Dále v teoretické části následuje představení dávek pro pěstouny a další formy náhradní rodinné péče. Hlavní metodou použitou v praktické části je analýza primárních a sekundárních dat sledujících pěstounskou péči. Data jsou zaměřena především na výši dávek a na výdaje na pěstounskou péči. Tyto údaje ukazují, že největší finanční problém od roku 2022 budou mít prarodiče, kteří mají v pěstounské péči svá vnoučata. Díky komparaci nákladů na jedno dítě v náhradní rodinné péči a v ústavní péči vyplývá, že méně nákladné je jedno dítě v náhradní rodinné péči. Závěrem práce je návrh na vyšší finanční podporu pro prarodiče za účelem zvýšení počtu pěstounů a dětí vyrůstajících v pěstounské péči na úkor ústavní péče. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the financing of foster care in the Czech Republic. The main objective of the thesis is to propose more effective financing of foster care. The thesis first focuses on the concept of the family according to Gary Becker. Furthermore, the theoretical part is followed by a presentation of benefits for foster parents and other forms of substitute family care. The main method used in the practical part is the analysis of primary and secondary data monitoring foster care. The data are mainly focused on the amount of benefits and on the expenditure on foster care. These figures show that grandparents who have their grandchildren in foster care will have the biggest financial problem from 2022. Thanks to the comparison of the costs of one child in substitute family care and institutional care, it follows that one child in substitute family care is less expensive. The conclusion of the thesis is a proposal for higher financial support for grandparents in order to increase the number of foster parents and children growing up in foster care at the expense of institutional care. |
