| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá nezaměstnaností a dílčími problémy Ústeckého kraje. Cílem práce je ověření hypotézy, že nižší vzdělání má souvislost s nezaměstnaností v Ústeckém kraji. Ústecký kraj má nejvyšší počet uchazečů o práci bez vzdělání (14,1 %) ze všech krajů a také patří mezi kraje s druhou největší nezaměstnaností. Druhou ověřovanou hypotézou je, že hrubý domácí produkt souvisí s průměrným evidenčním počtem zaměstnanců, volnými pracovními místy a uchazeči o zaměstnání. Dílčím cílem je zjistit hlavní problémy Ústeckého kraje. Cíle je dosaženo za pomoci dotazníkového šetření. Mezi slabé stránky Ústeckého kraje patří nedostatečné vzdělání uchazečů o práci, chudoba nebo nižší počet podnikatelů. Na druhou stranu mezi silnou stránku patří dobrá geografická poloha. Mezi příležitosti kraje lze zařadit větší flexibilitu pracovních míst, krátké pracovní úvazky nebo častější vyplácení mezd. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with unemployment and partial problems of the Ústí nad Labem region. The aim of this work is to verify the hypothesis that lower education is related to unemployment in the Ústí nad Labem region. The Ústí nad Labem region has the highest number of job seekers without education (14.1 %) of all regions and is also one of the regions with the second highest unemployment. The second tested hypothesis is that gross domestic product is related to the average registered number of employees, vacancies, and job seekers. The partial goal is to find out the main problems of the Ústí nad Labem region. The goal is achieved through a questionnaire survey. Weaknesses of the Ústí nad Labem Region include insufficient education of job seekers, poverty, or a lower number of entrepreneurs. On the other hand, a good geographical location is one of the strengths. The region's opportunities include greater job flexibility, short working hours or more frequent wage payments. |
