| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu řešení problematiky sociálně vyloučené lokality pevnostního města Josefov. Téma sociálně vyloučených lokalit se za poslední roky dostává do stále většího povědomí naší společnosti hlavně z důvodu zvyšujícího se počtu těchto lokalit. V teoretické části práce definuji všechny důležité ekonomické i sociální pojmy k dané tématice včetně základních informací o historii Josefova. V praktické části je nejdříve provedeno seznámení se s momentální situací v Josefově, poté se situací stanovených ukazatelů a analyzování jejich řešení. Cílem práce je tedy analýza těchto řešení s případnými návrhy na zlepšení momentální situace. Neefektivní opatření mají totiž za následek kromě zbytečně vynaložených výdajů, také zpomalení celého procesu řešení této problematiky. Po analyzování ukazatelů jsem dospěl k závěru, že řešení ukazatelů nezaměstnanosti a vzdělání v lokalitě efektivní nejsou, za to řešení kriminality a komunitní práce jsou naopak vysoce efektivní. Závěrem práce je tedy shrnutí řešení stanovených ukazatelů včetně jejich vyhodnocení a návrhů na zlepšení situace. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of solving the problem of socially excluded locality of the fortress town of Josefov. The topic of socially excluded localities has become increasingly popular in our society in recent years, mainly due to the increasing number of these localities. In the theoretical part of the work, I define all important economic and social concepts, including basic information about the history of Josefov. In the practical part, first the acquaintance with the current situation in Josefov is made, then with the situation of the set indicators and the analysis of their solutions. The aim of this work is to analyze these solutions with possible proposals to improve the current situation. Ineffective measures result, in addition to unnecessarily incurred expenses, also slowing down the entire process of solving this problem. After analyzing the indicators, I came to the conclusion that the solutions of unemployment and education indicators are not effective in the locality, while the solutions of crime and community work are, on the contrary, highly effective. The conclusion of the work is a summary of the solution of the set indicators, including their evaluation and suggestions for improving the situation. |
