| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analyzovat nezaměstnanost ve vybraných krajích a vyhodnotit dopady koronavirové krize na jednotlivé kraje. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány teoretické koncepty trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti a dále jsou definovány hlavní pojmy související s nezaměstnaností. Teoretická část práce se také zabývá státními nástroji pro regulaci nezaměstnanosti. V praktické části se práce soustředí na vybrané kraje a na analýzu nezaměstnaných jedinců na trhu práce. Sledované faktory jsou vybrány tak, aby poskytly náhled do jednotlivých krajů. Zvolenými faktory jsou vzdělání, věk, pohlaví, doba nezaměstnanosti a poměr volných pracovních míst vzhledem k počtu uchazečů. Na závěr práce je provedena analýza nezaměstnanosti jednotlivých krajů a zhodnocení dopadů koronavirové krize v jednotlivých krajích. Pro naplnění cíle této práce jsou související grafy vždy komparovány mezi konkrétními kraji, a nakonec vyhodnoceny jako celek. Práce dochází k závěru, že největší podíl na počtu nezaměstnaných představují dlouhodobě nezaměstnaní, zároveň je tato skupina jen velmi omezeně ovlivňována nástroji sociální politiky. Z analýzy dopadů pandemie koronaviru lze konstatovat, že z hodnocených krajů se ji nejúspěšněji podařilo překonat Královéhradeckému kraji. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyse unemployment in selected regions and to assess the impact of the coronavirus crisis on individual regions. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the theoretical concepts of the labour market and unemployment and defines the main concepts related to unemployment. The theoretical part of the thesis also deals with state instruments for unemployment regulation. The practical part of the thesis focuses on selected regions and on the analysis of unemployed individuals in the labour market. The factors under study are selected to provide insight into each county. The factors chosen are education, age, gender, duration of unemployment and the ratio of job vacancies relative to the number of applicants. Finally, the paper concludes with an analysis of unemployment rates in each region and an assessment of the impact of the coronavirus crisis in each region. To meet the objective of this thesis, the related graphs are always compared between specific counties, and finally evaluated as a whole. The thesis concludes that the largest share of the unemployed is represented by the long-term unemployed, while this group is only to a very limited extent affected by social policy instruments. From the analysis of the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, it can be stated that the Kralovehradecky region was the best able to overcome it. |
