| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza přístupů jednotlivých vlád k zdravotní politice v letech 2010-2020 v České republice pomocí programových prohlášení. V teoretické části jsem vymezil několik základních pojmů ze zdravotní politiky, dále jsem popsal Zdravotní modely a to Beveridgův, Bismarckův a Americký model, popsal subjekty zdravotnického systému a obecně popsal český zdravotnický systém, jeho financování a několik problémů, který zdravotnický systém zužuje. V praktické části jsou analyzované jednotlivé přístupy vlád k zdravotní politice, pomocí programových prohlášení a následné porovnání se zavedenými opatřeními. Byly zkoumány dopady zavedených opatření. Následně byla testována hypotéza, zda změny jednotlivých vlád ovlivňují spotřebu zdravotnictví a na konec práce byly navrženy změny ovlivňující český zdravotnický systém. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of stance of individual goverment institutions to healthcare politics in years 2010-2020 in Czechia via programme declarations. In theoritical part there was described some of the basic terms from healthcare politics, healthcare models (Beveridge model, Bismark model and American model), subjects of healthcare system and general Czech healthcare system, it’s financing and many problems, which plague this system. In practical part, there was analysed particular stances of goverments to healthcare politics via programme declarations and subsequent comparisons to implemented measures. There were also researched impacts of these implemented measures. Subsequently there was tested spoken hypothesis, if changes of particular changes at these times ruling goverments impact the use of healthcare system. At the end of thesis there were suggested some changes that impact Czech healthcare system. |
