| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza a optimalizace kalkulací konkrétní společnosti zabývající se zakázkovou výrobou a následná analýza ziskovosti výkonů. Práce obsahuje dvě části. Teoretická část je věnována charakteristice nákladů, kalkulací a ziskovosti. V úvodu praktické části je představena společnost, následně je popsán její dosavadní způsob sestavování kalkulací a analyzovány nedostatky na příkladu společností poskytnutých kalkulací. Výstupem této práce je návrh optimalizovaného kalkulačního vzorce, následná aplikace získaných dat a analýza ziskovosti jednotlivých výkonů. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis and optimization of the costing of a specific company engaged in custom manufacturing and the subsequent analysis of the profitability of performance. The thesis contains two parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of costs, costing and profitability. In the practical part, the company is introduced, followed by a description of the company's current method of costing and an analysis of the shortcomings using the example of costings provided by the company. The output of this thesis is the proposal of an optimized costing formula, the subsequent application of the data obtained and the analysis of the profitability of each performance. |
