| Abstract: | Závěrečná práce analyzuje organizační procesy při pořádání mistrovství světa v ledním hokeji. Cílem práce je zjistit fungování procesů při pořádání mistrovství světa v ledním hokeji a v případě zjištění nedostatků navrhnout optimalizaci těchto procesů. Práce je rozdělena do třech částí. První je věnována obecné teorii ve dvou rovinách. Z pohledu veřejné a sportovní diplomacie a druhým úhlem je teorie z pohledu managementu. Druhá část je zaměřena na dokumenty a pravidla zabývající se organizací mistrovství světa v ledním hokeji z pozice mezinárodní sportovní federace, které jsou platné při pořádání této akce kdekoliv na světě. Ve třetí části je rozebrán konkrétní turnaj mistrovství světa, a to z roku 2015 v Praze a Ostravě. Závěrečná část představuje shrnutí a hodnocení organizačních procesů během akce v roce 2015. |

| Abstract: | The thesis analyzes the organizational processes of the ice hockey world championship . The aim of the thesis is to analyse the processes during the organization of the Ice Hockey World Championship and recommend the optimization of these processes. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one is devoted to the general theory in two levels. From the perspective of public and sports diplomacy and the second angle is the theory from a management perspective. The second part focuses on the documents and rules dealing with the organization of the Ice Hockey World Championship from the position of an international sports federation The third part discusses a specific World Championship tournament that took a place in Prague and Ostrava in 2015. The final section presents a summary and evaluation of the organizational processes during the 2015 event. |
