| Abstract: | Práce zkoumá nástroje digitální reality s cílem zhodnotit jejich využití v kontextu realitního trhu, konkrétně při prezentaci nemovitostí. Autorka zjišťuje, jak je technologie vnímaná koncovými spotřebiteli a jak ostatními stakeholdery v oboru, jako jsou realitní makléři, developeři, designéři, VR umělci či prodejci ne-movitostí. Terénní výzkum obsahoval prohlídku nezařízeného bytu včetně ukázky vybaveného interiéru v brýlích pro virtuální realitu. Vedle výzkumu v terénu byly provedeny expertní rozhovory s lidmi působícími v oboru, které poskytly celkový náhled na danou problematiku. Nástroje digitální reality zlepšují zážitek z nakupování nemovitostí a poskytují zájemcům více informací. |

| Abstract: | The thesis examines the tools of digital reality in order to evaluate their use in the context of the real estate market, specifically in the presentation of real estate. The author finds out how the technology is perceived by end consumers and by other stakeholders in the field, such as real estate agents, developers, designers, VR artists or real estate sellers. The field research included a tour of the unfurnished apartment, including a demonstration of the furnished interior in virtual reality glasses. In addition to field research, expert interviews were conducted with people working in the field, which provided an overview of the issue. Digital reality tools enhance the real estate shopping experience and provide more information to those interested. |
