| Abstract: | V bakalářské práci se budu zabývat charakteristikou stavebního spoření a srovnáním nabídky na trhu tohoto finančního produktu v České republice. Zároveň se zaměřím na sledování trendů v souvislosti s ekonomickou situací daného období a na dopad pandemie covid-19 na vývoj produktu stavebního spoření. Závěrem práce krátce zhodnotím stavební spoření, jeho smysl, výhody a nevýhody pro běžného investora. |

| Abstract: | In my bachelor thesis I will deal with the characteristics of building savings and a comparison of the offer on the market of this financial product in the Czech Republic. At the same time, I will focus on monitoring trends in connection with the economic situation of the given period and the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on the development of the building savings product. At the end of the thesis I will briefly evaluate building savings, its meaning, advantages and disadvantages for the average investor. |
