| Abstract: | Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám tématem Insurtech. Tato oblast zahrnuje technologie a inovace v pojišťovnictví. Insurtech společnosti rovněž na trh přinášejí nové modely pojištění. Tradiční pojišťovnictví se nevyznačuje velkou mírou digitalizace a automatizace. Tuto skutečnost chtějí změnit právě Insurtech společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V té teoretické se zabývám jednotlivými inovacemi, popisuji jejich využití a přínos pro oblast pojišťovnictví. Popisuji například umělou inteligenci, Big Data, Internet věcí nebo nové modely pojištění. V praktické části analyzuji konkrétní Insurtech technologie, inovace a společnosti, které lze najít na českém trhu. Součástí je i shrnutí nejvíce využívaných technologií, stejně tak těch, které zatím na českém trhu nejsou tak časté. Cílem mé práce je charakterizovat Insurtech technologie a zaměřit se na jejich praktické využití v oblasti pojišťovnictví. Dalším cílem je zhodnotit současnou situaci v Insurtech oblasti v rámci českého pojišťovacího trhu. |

| Abstract: | In my diploma thesis I analyse the topic of Insurtech. The area of Insurtech includes the technologies and innovations in insurance. Insurtech companies also brings new insurance model to the market. Traditional insurance has been known for its low levels of digitalization and automatization for a long time. Insurtech companies aim to change this point of view. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I am dealing with individual innovations and describing their use and benefits for insurance sector. For example, I am analysing Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Internet of Things, or new models of insurance. In the practical part I am focusing on Insurtech technologies, innovations, companies, which can be found on the Czech insurance market. This chapter contains a summarize of the most used technologies. The main goal of my thesis is to describe Insurtech technologies and their practical use in insurance sector. Another goal is to evaluate current situation on the Czech insurance market. |
