| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání dopadů změny legislativy, upravující činnost pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů. V českém právním řadu v roli této legislativy je zákon č. 170/2018 Sb., o distribuci pojištění a zajištění. Cílem této práce je vyhodnocení významných změn, kterými prošli zprostředkovatelé v důsledku aplikování nové právní úpravy. Hlavní náplní praktické části této práci je odborný rozhovor s pracovníkem z oboru, ve kterém sdílí svůj názor na danou problematiku. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on examination of the consequences caused by the new regulation in the field of insurance distribution. In Czech legal system this role plays the Act No. 170/2018, Insurance and Reinsurance Distribution Act. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the changes in the insurance distribution market, which were caused by the application of mew regulation. The practical part is based on an interview with the top manager of the insurance distribution company, who shares his opinion on this topic. |
