| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na roli auditora a související regulace v České republice. Cílem bakalářské práce je objasnit regulaci auditu v České republice, ozřejmit proces auditu a postavení auditora. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy audit a auditor. Dále práce pojednává o právních úpravách regulujících audit v České republice a zabývá se kompletním procesem auditu. Praktická část popisuje vnímání postavení auditora a věnuje se vývoji auditu z různých pohledů získaných na základě rozhovorů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the role of the auditor and related regulations in the Czech Republic. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to explain audit regulations in the Czech Republic, describe the audit process and the position of the auditor. The theoretical part defines the terms audit and auditor. It also discusses the legislation regulating audit in the Czech Republic and describes the complete audit process. The practical part describes the perception of the position of the auditor and the development of auditing from different perspectives obtained through interviews. |
