| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá distribucí finančních služeb. Cílem této práce je nejdříve v teoretické části vysvětlit pojmy finanční služby a distribuce a dále představit jednotlivé zprostředkovatele finančních služeb. Druhá kapitola teoretické části se zabývá vymezením regulace finančního trhu včetně zkoušek odborné způsobilosti, ochrany spotřebitele na finančním trhu a regulaci proti výnosům z trestné činnosti. Empirická část se skládá ze dvou sekcí. První sekce se zaměřuje na analýzu povědomí respondentů o finančních službách, jejich distribuci a regulaci pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky byly zpracovány do přehledných grafů. Druhá část má za úkol představit práci pojišťovacího makléře pomocí rozhovoru. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on distribution of financial services. The main goal of theoretical part is to explain terms such as financial services and distribution and then introduce particular financial intermediaries. The second chapter is focused on regulation of financial market, including examination of professional competence and Anti-money laundering. The practical part consist of two parts - questionnaire survey and interview. First part - questionnaire survay - shows the knowledge of respondents of financial services, their distribution and regulation. The second pard focuses on introducing the proffession of insurance broker. |
