| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá řešením regionální nezaměstnanosti v kontextu obnovy kulturního dědictví. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit výchozí podmínky Ústeckého kraje a navrhnout projekt s názvem Řešení regionální nezaměstnanosti za pomoci obnovy památek pro Ústecký kraj. Navržený projekt je podroben konzultacím s odborníky jednotlivých institucí, kterých by se jeho realizace dotýkala. Závěrem práce je, že Ústecký kraj má potřebné předpoklady pro realizaci navrženého projektu. Projekt by musel před spuštěním pilotní verze projít širším diskurzem i se zapojením odpovědných politiků. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the solution of regional unemployment in the context of cultural heritage restoration. The aim of the work is to evaluate the initial conditions of the Ústí nad Labem region and to propose a project entitled Solution of regional unemployment with the help of restoration of monuments for the Ústí nad Labem region. The proposed project is subject to consultations with experts from individual institutions that would be affected by its implementation. The conclusion of the work is that the Ústí nad Labem region has the necessary prerequisites for the implementation of the proposed project. However, the project would have to go through a wider discourse with the involvement of the political spectrum before launching the pilot version. |
