| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na tematiku kryptoměn a jejich možného vývoje v budoucnosti. V první části textu jsou vysvětleny základní principy šifrování a terminologie související se zabezpečením kryptoměn. Dále je představena scéna hlavních kryptoměn na trhu, jejich vlastnosti, historie, zajímavosti, v čem se liší a shodují. V neposlední řadě jsou zde popsány hlavní motivace pro držení kryptoměn a jejich kontroverze v očích účastníků finančního trhu. Cílem práce je přiblížit čtenáři terminologii používanou v kontextu virtuálních měn a vysvětlit, jak fungují. Přínosem práce je prezentace osobních úvah ohledně možností, které kryptoměny přinášejí. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis discusses the topic of cryptocurrencies and their potential expansion in future. The first part of the text explains the basic principles of encryption and terminology related to cryptocurrency security. The second part describes the main cryptocurrency assets in the market and their properties, history, differences, and similarities. Finally, the thesis investigates motivation for cryptocurrency operations and their controversy in the eyes of market participants. The goal of the thesis is to introduce the terminology linked to the virtual currencies to the reader. The contribution of the thesis is the presentation of personal thoughts on the possibilities that cryptocurrencies bring. |
