| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nelegálních činností v bankovnictví, a to zejména praním špinavých peněz, úvěrovými podvody a tunelováním. První část je zaměřena především na vysvětlení pojmů praní špinavých peněz a tunelování. V souvislosti s tím jsou také uvedeny některé kauzy k dokreslení reálného obrazu problematiky. V další části je rozebrána regulace těchto oblastí a její vývoj v České republice. Na závěr je zpracován rozhovor s panem Ing. Antonínem Moravcem. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of illegal activities in banking especially with money laundering, credit frauds and tunneling. The first part focuses on explanation of money laundering and tunneling. In connection with these terms there are mentioned some real cases to complete the realistic point of view. The second part is focused on regulation in this area and its evolution in the Czech Republic. In conclusion I made an interview with Mr. Antonín Moravec. |
