| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává finanční analýzu firmy Ferrero Česká s. r. o. pro období 2016-2020, vyhodnocuje finanční situaci této firmy a výsledky porovnává s konkurenčními podniky. Práce začíná stručným představením společnosti, jejích tří hlavních konkurentů a postavením na trhu těchto společností. Následuje samotná finanční analýza – vertikální a horizontální analýza, poměrová analýza. V této části práce jsou na začátku každé kapitoly nejprve vysvětleny základní teoretické poznatky, ty jsou poté aplikovány na analyzovanou firmu i na její hlavní konkurenty. Práce je doplněna o modely predikce finanční tísně. Výsledky těchto modelů jsou porovnány s výsledky finanční analýzy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis develops a financial analysis of the company Ferrero Česká s. r. o. for the period 2016-2020, it evaluates the financial situation of this company and compares the results with competing companies. The work begins with a brief introduction of the company, its three main competitors and market position of these companies. This is followed by the financial analysis – vertical and horizontal analysis, ratio analysis. In this part of the thesis, the basic theoretical knowledge is first explained at the beginning of each chapter, then it is applied to the analysed company and its main competitors. The work is supplemented by financial distress prediction models. The results of these models are compared to the results of financial analysis. |
