| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení finanční analýzy společnosti E.ON Energie, a.s. v posledních pěti letech, tedy mezi lety 2016–2020, a také posouzení její sociální odpovědnosti, která je v této době velkým tématem. V první polovině práce představuji společnost E.ON Energie, a.s. a zvolenou konkurenci a zabývám se představením energetického odvětví v České republice. V druhé polovině shrnuji sociální odpovědnost společnosti i její konkurence, popisuji teorii finanční analýzy a prezentuji její praktické provedení na vybranou společnost a na srovnání s konkurencí. Na závěr práce provádím celkové zhodnocení finančního i sociálního postavení podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to conduct a financial analysis of E.ON Energie, a.s. in the last five years, i.e. between 2016-2020, and also to assess its social responsibility, which is a big topic at this time. In the first half of the thesis, I introduce E.ON Energie, a.s. and the chosen competitors and deal with the introduction of the energy sector in the Czech Republic. In the second half I summarize the social responsibility of the company and its competitors, describe the theory of financial analysis and present its practical implementation on the selected company and comparison with competitors. At the end of the thesis I make an overall assessment of the financial and social position of the company. |
