| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit rozdíly ve „filozofii“ vedení nemocnic podle toho, pokud jsou ve veřejném vlastnictví či v soukromém vlastnictví. Převážně ručním výběrem a dalšími kritérii (velikost jednotky apod.) bylo vybráno pět subjektů – Litoměřice, Roudnice nad Labem, Louny, Kadaň a Bílina. Sledovaným obdobím byly roky 2016-2020. Předmětem zkoumání byly odvětvové ukazatele využívané ve finanční analýze – rentabilita, likvidita, zadluženost a obratovost (aktivita). Ve srovnání struktury byla klíčová horizontální a vertikální analýza. Výsledkem práce je konstatování, že veřejně vlastněné subjekty jsou až příliš bezpečně řízeny, a tudíž jsou méně ziskové než subjekty v soukromém vlastnictví. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out the differences in „philosophy“ of managing the hospitals depending, whether they are in public ownership or in private ownership. Predominantly by manual selection and other criteria (size of the unit etc.) there were five selected subjects – Litoměřice, Roudnice nad Labem, Louny, Kadaň and Bílina. Period of observation were years 2016-2020. The subject of research were indicators of the sector used in financial analysis – profitability, liquidity, solvency, and turnovers (activity). Key aspect for comparing the structure were horizontal and vertical analysis. The result of the thesis is the statement that publicly owned subjects are too cautiously managed and thus less profitable than the subjects in private ownership. |
