| Abstract: | Teoretická část bakalářské práce je složena ze dvou témat. Prvním tématem jsou finanční modelace, u kterých je popsán jejich obecný způsob sestavení, jednotlivé části modelu a potřebné dovednosti vývojáře modelu. Druhé téma je zaměřeno na operační riziko. Zde jsou popsány hlavní důvody výskytu operačního rizika a základní přístupy pro jeho řízení. Cílem praktické části je sestavení finančního modelu, který simuluje ekonomickou činnost podniku. Na tento model je aplikováno řešení pro zahrnutí operačního rizika do finančního modelu. Výstupem implementace operačního rizika je stanovení rezervy pro jeho krytí. |

| Abstract: | The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis consists of two topics. The first topic is financial modeling where I describe a general method of construction, individual parts of the model and the necessary skills of the model developer. The second topic focuses on operational risk. Here I describe the main reasons for the occurrence of operational risk and the basic approaches to its management. The aim of the practical part is to compile a financial model that simulates the economic activity of the company. I apply a solution to this model to include operational risk in the financial model. The output of the implementation of operational risk is the determination of a buffer for its coverage. |
