| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá industriálním developmentem a možnostmi jeho financování. V práci je charakterizováno financování nejen developerského projektu, ale i podniku jako celku. Cílem je na konkrétním příkladu potenciálního real estate projektu zanalyzovat možnosti jeho financování a na základě výsledků analýzy vyhodnotit ekonomickou efektivnost z pohledu investora ve smyslu poskytovatele vlastního kapitálu. Práce se snaží problematiku financování developerského projektu maximálně přiblížit k praxi na bázi skutečného příkladu s pozměněnými čísly z důvodu utajených informací, který poskytuje přehled o možnostech získání peněžních prostředků určených k realizaci konkrétního projektu. Výsledkem práce je vyhodnocení předkládaného investičního projektu a doporučení pro možnou investici. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with industrial development and its funding options. The thesis defines the financing of not only the industrial development project, but also the company finances. The aim is to analyze the funding options on a specific example of a potential real estate project and based on the results of the analysis to evaluate the economic efficiency from the perspective of an investor in the sense of an equity provider. The thesis attempts to put the issue of funding a development project as close as possible to current practice by using the example with modified data due to confidentiality of the information. The result is an appraisal of the proposed investment project and recommendations for possible funding and investment. |
