| Abstract: | Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku odměňování zaměstnanců. Analyzuje vztah mezi motivací jedince a poskytnutou odměnou za odvedenou práci. Práce je rozdělena do dvou celků, teoretického a praktického. Pro teoretickou část je důležité stanovení definice a možnosti odměňování, filozofie odměňování, korelace mezi odměňováním a motivací, popis motivačních faktorů a motivačních teorií. V praktické části je analyzován model zaměstnaneckých benefitů a podpory motivace v konkrétní spediční firmě, výsledkem je zhodnocení, zda jsou ve zvoleném podniku aplikovány vhodné zaměstnanecké výhody a motivační stimuly. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the subject of employee reward system. It analyses the link between reward and motivation. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical part and practical part. The purpose of the the theoretical part is to define employee reward system, distinguish its varieties, clarify corellation between reward and motivation, define motivation, describe motivational factors and illustrate motivational theories. The objective of the practical part is analysis of an employee benefit system in a concrete logistics company. The result of the analysis involves evaluation whether the current employee benefit system is satisfactory. |
