| Abstract: | Primárním cílem této práce je prozkoumat možnosti softwaru Power BI při tvorbě manažerského reportingu. Pro vytvoření teoretického základu pro manažerský reporting jsou definovány problematiky jako je controlling, jeho cíle, funkce controllingu a reporting. Práce se následně zabývá teoretickými poznatky o oboru Business Intelligence a stručně popisuje nástroj Power BI. Výsledky využití Power BI v manažerském reportingu jsou ukázány v empirické části této práce, která rozebírá funkcionality tohoto nástroje při tvorbě a analýze dashboardů a reportů. Práce poukazuje na výhody použití Power BI pro vizualizaci dat jak pro controlling, tak pro plánování a rozhodování podnikového managementu. |

| Abstract: | The primary goal of this thesis is to explore the capabilities of Power BI software in managerial reporting. To create a theoretical basis for what managerial reporting is about, issues such as controlling, its goals, controlling functions and reporting are defined. The thesis then deals with theoretical knowledge in the field of Business Intelligence and briefly describes the Power BI tool. The results of the use of Power BI in managerial reporting are shown in the empirical part of this thesis, which discusses the functionality of this tool in the creation and analysis of dashboards and reports. The thesis highlights the benefits of using Power BI for data visualization in business management for controlling, planning, and decision-making. |
