| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti Hanák nábytek, a.s. k 31. 12. 2020. Práce je rozdělená do pěti hlavních částí, a to na finanční analýzu, strategickou analýzu, generátory hodnoty, finanční plán a samotné ocenění. Ocenění společnosti Hanák nábytek, a.s. je stanoveno metodou DCF equity a jako doplňková metoda je použita metoda tržního porovnání. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to find the value of the company Hanák nábytek, a.s., to the 31st of December 2020. The thesis is divided into five main parts, namely financial analysis, strategic analysis, prediction of the value generators, financial plan, and the final valuation of the company. The valuation of the Hanák nábytek company is determined by the DCF equity method and the market comparison method is used as an additional method. |
