| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na fungování trhu práce, problematiku nezaměstnanosti a její snižování pomocí nástrojů politiky zaměstnanosti. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat cílenost výdajů na veřejně prospěšné práce a společensky účelná pracovní místa ve Středočeském kraji v letech 2010, 2015 a 2020. Veřejně prospěšné práce a společensky účelná pracovní místa jsou nástroje, které se nejvíce podílejí na výdajích aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, a proto jsou součástí této práce. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the functioning of the labour market, the problem of unemployment and its reduction by means of employment policy instruments. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the targeting of expenditures on public works and socially useful jobs in the Central Bohemian Region in 2010, 2015 and 2020. Public works and socially useful jobs are the instruments that contribute most to the expenditures of active employment policy and are therefore part of this thesis. |
