| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat efektivitu českých veřejných divadel za roky 2019 a 2020. Rok 2019 je rok, který nebyl ovlivněn pandemií covid-19. Na druhou stanu v roce 2020 byl kulturní život velmi omezen z důvodů opatření proti jejímu šíření. Dílčím cílem je tedy zhodnotit změny v efektivnosti v této souvislosti. Práce je celkem složena ze čtyř kapitol. První tři části se zabývají kulturou, divadlem a metodami měření efektivity. V poslední části je měřena efektivnost pomocí metody analýzy obalu dat. Nejvyšších hodnot efektivity dosahovalo Žižkovské divadlo J. Cimrmana. Přestože v roce 2020 došlo k poklesu hodnot, většině divadel se podařilo udržet si svou pozici a nedošlo k výrazné změně v pořadí divadel. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this thesis is to analyse the effectiveness of Czech public theatres in 2019 and 2020. 2019 is a year that was not affected by the covid-19 pandemic. On the other hand, in 2020 cultural life was very limited due to precautions against its spread. The partial goal is therefore to evaluate the changes in efficiency in this context. The thesis consists of four chapters. The first three parts deal with culture, theatre and methods of measuring efficiency. In the last part, efficiency is measured using the method of data envelope analysis. The highest values of efficiency were achieved by the Žižkov J. Cimrman Theatre. Although the value declined in 2020, most theatres managed to maintain their position and there was not significant change in the order of theatres. |
