| Abstract: | V mé bakalářské práci s názvem „Nepoctivé praktiky v oblasti investičního bankovnictví“ se zabývám problematikou nepoctivých praktik spojených s investováním. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první kapitole se zaměřuji především na popis nelegálních činností, konkrétně pyramidového a Ponziho schématu, a rozdílů mezi nimi. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na klasifikaci podvodů, které nejsou doposud legislativně upraveny. Ve třetí kapitole popisuji na základě vlastní zkušenosti aktuální podvodnou praktiku. |

| Abstract: | In my bachelor thesis entitled "Dishonest practices in investment banking" I deal with the issue of dishonest practices related to investment. The thesis is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter, I focus primarily on describing illegal activities, specifically pyramid and Ponzi schemes, and the differences between them. The second chapter focuses on the classification of frauds that are not yet regulated by legislation. In the third chapter, I describe current fraudulent practices based on my own experience. |
