| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou úvěrů na financování bydlení společnosti Raiffeisen, se zaměřením na úvěry poskytované Raiffeisen stavební spořitelnou a.s. a Raiffeisenbank a.s. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány zmíněné společnosti, vymezeny základní pojmy související se stavebním spořením a hypotečními úvěry, dále jsou popsány změny na trhu s bydlením v souvislosti s činností České národní banky a závislost poptávky po hypotečních úvěrech na makroekonomických ukazatelích v průběhu 10 let. Metodou komparace je ilustrován rozdíl mezi hypotečním a překlenovacím úvěrem a jejich vzájemná konkurence. Na základě modelových příkladů jsou popsány podmínky splácení obou konkrétních typů úvěrů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of housing finance loans provided by Raiffeisen company, with a focus on loans provided by Raiffeisen stavební spořitelna a.s. and Raiffeisenbank a.s. The theoretical part characterizes these companies, defines the basic concepts related to building savings and mortgage loans, describes the changes in the housing market in connection with the activities of the Czech National Bank and the dependence of the demand for mortgage loans on macroeconomic indicators over 10 years. A comparison method is used to illustrate the difference between mortgage and bridging loans and their competition with each other. The repayment terms of the two specific types of loans are described on the basis of model examples. |
