| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku oceňování akcií. Cílem je za pomoci fundamentální analýzy dojít k vnitřní hodnotě, kterou lze porovnat s tržní cenou a vyvodit, zdali je akcie podhodnocená nebo nadhodnocená. V první části jsou probírány makroekonomické veličiny a zkoumán vliv na akciový trh. V druhé části je charakterizován sektor finančních služeb a alternativní správy majetku. Třetí kapitola je věnována firemním ukazatelům a modelům, které určují vnitřní hodnotu společnosti. V závěru je shrnuta kompletní analýza a odvozeno investiční doporučení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of stock valuation. The aim is to use fundamental analysis to calculate an intrinsic value that can be compared to the market price and to deduce whether the stock is undervalued or overvalued. The first part discusses macroeconomic variables and examines the impact on the stock market. The second part characterizes the financial services sector and alternative asset management. The third chapter is devoted to company indicators and models that determine the intrinsic value of the company. In the end, a complete analysis is summarized and investment recommendations is derived. |
