| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit finanční analýzu společnosti VF.ELECTRIC s.r.o. z pohledu externího uživatele, zhodnotit její finanční situaci a porovnat ji na trhu se srovnatelnými podniky za období 2016 až 2020. V první části jsou finanční výkazy analyzované společnosti posouzeny horizontální a vertikální analýzou. Následně je společnost porovnávána s konkurencí pomocí poměrových ukazatelů, kterými jsou rentabilita, likvidita, aktivita a zadluženost. Dále jsou analyzovány peněžní toky prostřednictvím ukazatelů cash flow a bonita posouzena na základě vybraných bankrotních modelů. V závěru jsou uvedené jednotlivé výstupy z výzkumu a celkově zhodnoceno finanční zdraví společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to prepare a financial analysis of the company VF.ELECTRIC s.r.o. from the perspective of an external user, assess its financial situation and compare it with other comparable companies for the period from 2016 to 2020. The first part examines the financial reports using the horizontal and vertical analysis. Subsequently, the company is compared with the competition using the profitability, liquidity, activity and indebtedness ratios. Furthermore, the cash flow is analyzed using the financial indicators and creditworthiness using the bankruptcy models. In conclusion, the individual research results are presented and the overall financial health of the company is evaluated. |
