| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce obsah práce se zabývá kryptoměnami více zaměřenými na Bitcoiny. Cílem je seznámit čtenáře se základními terminologiemi ve světě kryptoměn. Čtenář pozná kryptoměny z pohledu peněžní teorie, ekonomických subjektů i z technického hlediska. Součástí práce jsou případové studie o reálném využití kryptoměn v současnosti jako nástroji ke snížení transakčních poplatků v El Salvadoru, k obchodování s nelegálním zbožím, včetně krytí nelegálních aktivit a k rozvoji digitálních měn centrálními bankami. Ke zkoumání jsou využívány metody popisné s prvky komparací a zpracování sekundárních dat. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with cryptocurrencies, with greater focus on Bitcoins. The aim of the work is to acquaint the reader with the basic terminology in the world of cryptocurrencies. The reader gets to know cryptocurrencies, from a monetary theory and technical point of view, combined with economic subjects. The work includes case studies on the real use of cryptocurrencies at present as a tool to reduce transaction fees in El Salvador, to trade in illegal goods and cover illegal activities, and to develop digital currencies of central banks. The main methods using for writing the whole work are description with elements of comparison and processing of secondary data. |
